PE and XLPE insulated overhead bundled cables

PE and XLPE insulated overhead bundled cables

Product Description:

PE:The advantages are non-toxic and harmless, excellent low temperature resistance, and excellent electrical insulation performance; the disadvantage is relatively poor heat resistance. XLPE: The advantages are good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, and good aging resistance; the disadvantage is relatively high price.

Application :

Power transmission and distribution system: widely used in power transmission and distribution in cities and villages, connecting substations and user terminals.

Building power supply: can be used for external power supply of buildings, especially in high-rise buildings.

Industrial area: suitable for power wiring in industrial parks, connecting industrial equipment and power supply.

Renewable energy system: in wind power and solar power generation projects, as power transmission cables.

Product Specifications:

Aluminum/polyethylene insulated overhead bundled cable Aluminum/cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead bundled cable AL/XLPE/SCT/PVC cable AL/XLPE/SCW/HDPE overhead cable AL/XLPE/HDPE overhead cable

Product Features:

1、PE insulated cable PE (polyethylene) is also a commonly used cable insulation material. It is non-toxic and harmless, has excellent low temperature resistance, and can withstand the corrosion of most acids and alkalis. PE also has excellent electrical insulation performance and low loss, so it is often used as an insulation material for high-voltage wires and cables.

2、XLPE insulated cable XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) is an advanced form of polyethylene material after improvement. It has greatly improved its physical and chemical properties compared to PE materials, especially the improvement of heat resistance, which allows XLPE cables to be used in a higher temperature range. XLPE cables have the advantages of light weight, good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and relatively large insulation resistance. Therefore, they are widely used in medium and high voltage power cables, transmission lines, and industrial cables. When choosing a suitable cable insulation material, it is necessary to decide according to the specific use environment and requirements.

Product Advantages:

1、Space saving: The bundled design reduces the occupied space and is suitable for use in narrow or complex environments. Easy installation: The overhead design reduces the need for underground pipelines and facilitates quick installation and maintenance.Strong weather resistance: The insulation material has good weather resistance, adapts to various climatic conditions, and prolongs the service life. Anti-electromagnetic interference: Due to the conductor bundling design, it can reduce electromagnetic interference and improve the stability of signal transmission.

2、Bundle design: Multiple conductors are bundled together to form a bundle structure to save space and improve aesthetics. Insulation material: UV-resistant and weather-resistant insulation materials (such as polyethylene or cross-linked polyethylene) are used to ensure reliability in severe weather conditions. Mechanical strength: The design has high tensile strength and wind resistance, suitable for long-distance overhead installation. Conductor material: Aluminum or copper is usually used, which has good conductivity and oxidation resistance.
