AAAC Conductor -All Aluminum Alloy Conductor

AAAC Conductor -All Aluminum Alloy Conductor
AAAC Conductor -All Aluminum Alloy Conductor

Product Description:

The bare conductor is made of 6201-T81 aluminum alloy wire, which is continuously twisted at a certain pitch. The twist directions of adjacent layers of the conductor are opposite, and the outermost layer is twisted in the right direction.

Product Application:

It can replace part of aluminum stranded wire or steel core aluminum stranded wire for overhead medium, high voltage and ultra-high voltage transmission lines.

Product Standards

GB/T1179-2008, IEC 61089-1991 ,ASTM B 399-81 ,BS3242-1970, DIN 48201-6-1981

Product Advantages:

Compared with AAC and ACSR, AAAC has better anti-sagging performance, better electrical properties and better corrosion resistance due to the high strength-to-weight ratio of aluminum alloy. It is widely used in power, communication, construction and other fields. Aluminum alloy stranded wire is mainly used in power transmission, wiring, overhead cables and other power projects.

Structure:

Made of stranded aluminum alloy wire, AAAC is available in single-layer and multi-layer structures
